I have a special interest in working with Women providers who need a safe space to process their own lives while taking care of others. As a woman dedicated to caregiving and healing, you often prioritize others while your own needs take a backseat. We'll work together to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, explore your emotions, set boundaries, and focus on your own healing. You deserve the same care and compassion you so often give to others.
When I'm not working, I love traveling to new places with my Partner and daughter, exploring new foods, reading, staying active, horseback riding, ice-skating, and seeking out the nearest beach to relax and recharge.
